Daily Destination Fee of $30 + tax includes the following:

Reservations
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you made a reservation using a third-party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Reservations must canceled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, 3:00 p.m. local hotel time to avoid a one night's room and tax charge to your credit card. Some rate plans may vary, call to verify.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have accessible rooms upon request.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, we can accommodate connecting rooms based upon availability.
What types of packages are available?

Do you offer discounts on extended stays?

Do you offer discounts on last minute bookings?
Depending on availability, there may be discounts on last minute bookings. Feel free to check in our bookings system or give us a call to find out.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A valid government issued photo ID will be requested at check in.
What age do kids stay for free?
Kids stay free up to the age of 12.
Transportation/Directions
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
Valet parking is available on property. It is 24 hours with in-and-out privileges. It is not included in the room rate. Overnight Valet Parking $55 + Tax. Temporary parking is $17 + tax.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
While we don't offer a shuttle service, we are a short ride away from the airport.

We offer room service daily from 7-11 am for breakfast only.

Accounting
What is included in the daily hotel amenities fee?
A daily evening hosted social hour, yoga mat in every room, and a fitness center are among the number of amenities included in our amenity fee. Check out our Amenities page for the full list.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.
Pets
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Yes, all furry friends are welcome at our pet friendly hotel. There are no restrictions on size or breed.
Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
We do offer hypoallergenic, pet-free rooms upon request.
Concierge
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, and gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
Contact the Front Desk and they will accommodate all of your needs.
Amenities
How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Whether you're plugged in or not, IHG® Rewards Members get complimentary access during every stay. Wireless internet is also available for $12.99 per 24 hours for non-members.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Yes, we do. The fitness center at our hotel features various cardio vascular machines as well as a selection of free weights. Plus, it's open 24/7.
Do you have a pool?
There is no pool on property.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
At this time, In-room Spa Services have been suspended.
Will your rooms allow rollaways? Is there a charge?
Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a $25 per night rental fee for rollaways.
Do you offer Breast Milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?
As part of our On-Demand Family Fridge program, guests can have one of our dedicated Mini Me Milk Fridges delivered to their room as a complimentary service, just by asking the front desk. The fridges allow parents to store milk while staying with us, at the temperature required by the CDC.
